All orders will receive a tracking number within 5-7 days of the order date. If you have not received your tracking information after this period, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly investigate the issue.

All packages are insured upon leaving our dedicated warehouse. Any damage incurred before shipment departure will be covered free of charge. However, once the package is received by your local delivery service, the insurance becomes void, and we are no longer responsible for any damage.
